Our products are made by hand. We try to keep up with demand though occasionally (in Spring and Summer) we can only produce our hand crafted outdoor kitchens as quickly as humanly possible!

Once an order has been placed through either us or one of our stockist, we will:

1. Confirm your order.

2. Inform you of our current lead times.

3. Confirm your desired delivery date.

4. Agree a dedicated delivery with yourselves with a 2 hours time slot.

5. Inform you once everything has been shipped.

Delivery is calculated at checkout and is based on distance from London. This generally takes between 2-4 weeks but is dependent on order. Our 2 man delivery team will hand delivery your order, carry your units to its desired location (through easy access) and then this will be assembled by you.
